What to wear

To commence training, new students should wear loose comfortable sportswear such as jogging trousers and a T-shirt.

Taekwon-Do is a bare foot art therefore no footwear is required.

The official UKTC Training Suit will be supplied free of charge to our new members.

Our Taekwon-Do classes are safe, practical and enjoyable. All our instructors are fully qualified and vetted by CRB/ Disclosure Scotland.
